After first making a name for himself playing straight-ahead jazz with the legendary vibes player Gary Burton, Lage has branched out in a variety of directions&#8211;bluegrass and fiddle tunes with Chris Eldridge, avant-jazz with Nels Cline, and almost everything in between.
